In Florida we are already experiencing record making heat and humidity. As a result we had already stopped using our shaded seating/ dining area on the back Patio. For the last few days the average temperature hovered between 85F up to 98F. When it is cooler it is a great place to sit and read. dine alfresco and enjoy a really cold beer. Early June was as hot and humid as August and September and impossible to use. We even considered dropping our winter patio screens and leaving the triple sliding doors open to cool the patio with the interior A/C! Not smart!
But my wife, being much smarter than the average bear, suggested that we buy the type of cooling system used extensively by local restaurants and bars with outdoor seating. We did some research and settled on a Cool-A-Zone-C75X!
Here today in West Central Florida our shaded patio registered 96 degrees when I went outside to mist my plants. 10 minutes after turning on the machine the air flow around me registered 86F!
