Registration:

You can register your product thru the form at the top of this webpage. If properly registered within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, full unit replacement is warrantied for thirty (30) days from the date of purchase, and parts are warrantied for one (1) year from original purchase date.

Warranty Terms: 

  • Only original Cool-A-Zone branded New and Certified Pre-owned units and approved parts are covered by this Limited Warranty and its benefits.
  • This Limited Warranty provides benefits for the models stated under the Covered Products section.
  • The benefits of this Limited Warranty do not cover the following:
    • damages resulting from neglect or misuse as determined by a certified technician;
    • damage to internal components due to excessive exposure to water, including, but not limited to, external water sources such as rain, direct spray from hoses, or submission,;
    • units that have been resold to another consumer,;
    • units loaned or borrowed from original purchaser; and
    • issues resulting from consumer's noncompliance with posted and published product warnings.
  • Owner must register product warranty with Cool-A-Zone within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase to claim against this Limited Warranty.
  • Repairs using unapproved parts or components voids this Limited Warranty and it benefits.
  • Unapproved modifications to the product(s) voids this Limited Warranty and it benefits.
  • This Limited Warranty and its benefits do not cover loss or theft of the product.
  • The value of repairs, replacement, and parts shall not exceed the orginal purchase price of the product. 
  • Customer is responsible for shipping, freight, or delivery costs of parts, replacement units associated with claims after thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

Legal Remedies:

Prior to pursuing legal action against Go All Out Cooling and Heating, Inc., Cool-A-Zone, and/or Heat-A-Zone, product owner must notify Go All Out Cooling and Heating, Inc. in writing by certified mail to 5310 Glenmont Drive, Houston, Texas 77081, of any defects or complaint with the product, stating the defect or complaint and a specific request for repair, replacement, or other correction of the product under warranty, postmarked at least thirty (30) days prior to pursuing any legal rights or remedies.
