On-site service is subject to a trip fee, which may vary depending on your location.

Drop-Off Service

Prefer to bring your unit to us? Houston-area customers can arrange to drop off their Cool-A-Zone unit at our facility for inspection and service.

Please contact our team before dropping off your equipment so we can coordinate your service request and provide any necessary instructions.

Service Fees & Replacement Parts

Service fees apply to the inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, and/or repair of your equipment. If replacement parts are required, the cost of parts is additional to the applicable service fee. 

Our team will identify the parts needed to complete the repair and provide pricing before proceeding with additional parts or repairs requiring customer approval.
