Standing at 4.5 feet tall and cooling up to 1350 sq. ft., the AstroChill is perfect for residential and commercial applications. The AstroChill comes with a honeycomb cooling pad, a remote control and a fan cover. Features include automatic vertical louvers, direct hose connection, 3 speed levels, sleep mode and locking wheels.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with any of our products, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Arefundmay be arranged excluding freight charges upon inspection. Returned merchandise must be shipped in original packaging, freight prepaid, unused, and in resalable condition. Returned merchandise is also subject to a 15% restocking fee. Cool-A-Zone inspects all returns and reserves the right to refuse credits on damaged, used, or non-resalable items. Your only obligation is the freight charge and restocking fee where applicable, provided your return is complete with original packaging, all documentation, parts, and remote control.

Cool a zone has the greatest evaporative type coolers on the market. And when one goes bad they also have a great parts department and customer support. I own sixteen C100 models and I have overhauled three of them back to new working condition. They are a great product.

I’ve received on time, customer service was very responsible. But the product wasnt for me. First it is so big, second very loud and if you aren’t directly connected water you have to keep add water. The room l’m using about 700 sq feet. And it doesnt cool. I really like to return this item but l have pay 15% restocking fee plus shipping. Be aware before you buy. I wish l never buy it. Sorry
